Brian Fortney, a devoted father and experienced educator, is an ideal secretary for our GC. With a background in Life Science Education and nursing, along with service in the US Navy Reserve, he brings a diverse skill set to the role. Brian currently works for the U.S. Forestry Department. Brian's commitment to outdoor education aligns with SMNS' mission, reflecting his passion for the outdoors and backpacking. Brian's dedication to education and outdoor learning makes him a valuable asset to the SMNS GC, ensuring continued excellence for the school.
